Privacy Policy and Data Handling Standards

Arvion AI reviews only the information needed for manufacturing AI PoC work. The default principles are preserving source data, running locally first, excluding or masking sensitive information, and agreeing on retention and deletion standards before work begins.

1. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected

During website inquiries or email consultations, Arvion AI may review company name, contact person name, email address, phone number, inquiry details, and available data types. During a manufacturing AI PoC, data that is unnecessary for validation, such as customer, personal, or unit price information, is excluded or masked whenever possible.

Purpose of processing

Personal information is used only to respond to PoC inquiries, discuss pilot scope, support contracts and billing, confirm data delivery methods, deliver outputs, and coordinate follow-up meetings.

Retention and use period

Basic inquiry records are deleted within one year after the consultation ends. Materials required for contracts or billing may be retained for the period required by applicable laws. Unless otherwise agreed, PoC sample data, loaded application datasets, and analysis results are deleted within 30 days after deliverables are provided.

Third-party provision and outsourcing

Personal information and manufacturing data are not provided to third parties without prior consent from the data subject or client company. If external access, an authentication proxy, cloud infrastructure, or a partner is required, the purpose, scope, storage location, and deletion standards are agreed separately before proceeding.

2. Manufacturing Data Handling Standards

Source data preservation

MES exports, CSV, Excel, and DB dump source files are not edited directly; loaded copies and analysis results are kept separate.

Local execution first

Initial PoCs are performed in a local environment or another storage location agreed in advance.

Sensitive data exclusion and masking

Information not required for PoC validation, such as customer names, personal identifiers, or unit prices, is excluded or masked.

Retention and deletion agreement

Data storage location, retention period, and deletion timing and method after deliverable handoff are agreed before kickoff.

Restricted access

Consultation, data review, PoC standard definition, and deliverable review are performed directly by the founder.

Evidence recordkeeping

Connection rate, missing rate, duplicate rate, risky LOTs, and P&L impact are recorded with calculation standards and limitations.

3. Data Subject Rights

Data subjects may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information. Upon request, Arvion AI verifies identity and request scope, then reviews and responds without undue delay. Information required for contract performance, legally mandated retention, or dispute response may be retained within the scope necessary for that purpose.

4. Contact and Change Notice

Questions about personal information or manufacturing data handling standards can be sent to [email protected]. This document may be revised when laws, service scope, or data handling methods change. The latest effective date will be shown on the website.
